Afghanistan....

My dad, Pig, as you can tell is in Afghanistan. He's been there since September 1st! he's not fighting well protecting himself is more like it! His job is to inspect the buildings that are built and makes sure everything is going smoothly. But he still has to do military drills and routines so he knows what to do i case anything goes wrong. He says "He has watched to many war movies, so when they are in the Humvee and driving through the town, he is constatnly looking at the buildings for snipers!" Yeah like thats not a little scary!!! Its hard having him gone but we get to still talk to him and send e-mails!! We miss him very much and can't wait for him to come home safe!!!

Storm Kailee-Preschool

So far Storm has had Preschool for 3 weeks! She has learned so much and loves learning it! her first week was basically and introduction to home base! Once a week actually every tuesday her teadher Mrs. Danielle comes over for 1 1/2 hours and does projects and school work wirh her! She knows how to say all her ABCs and count to 10! She can slso draw and identify squares, triangles, circles and rectangles. Her second week she studied the letter A, number one and color red! Each week she had to do bunches of home work before her next visit! Then this last week she didi the letter B, number 2 and color blue! Each week they learn a new letter, number and color! she also gets to paint a picture just about everytime!! Then twice a month she gets to go to school which they call socials and have a class with all the kids in home base!!!! She is doing so good at meeting new friends and getting along great with everyone!

Ryder Axle 14 months old

Well the crawling days are almost behind us! Ryder is fianlly starting to walk! It has been taking him awhile but he starting to get the hang of it! He stands up on his own and had very good balance!!!! He can only want short distances! If he thinks it too far then he gets down and crawls he knows that works much faster! He has seven teeth and bites so dang hard!!!! He is always trying to copying Storm, she teaches him alot! sometimes i don't know if it a good thing or a bad thing!! lol no just kidding! He definetly is getting big though!!!! Our lil Chunky Munky!!!!
